But even advanced students find it useful for occasional reference. It has a simple overview of basic grammar and vocabulary, important for successful everyday communication, which can always be on hand.  It does not mechanical repeat traditional grammar rules, but rather adapts its explanations to the perceptions and needs of foreign speakers (for example, colour coding to denote grammatical gender, or simplified charts to illustrate how to express direction and location).
